About the Role
We are looking for fellow tribe members who share the same enthusiasm and curiosity in data to help identify trends and patterns, in support of better city planning and shaping a more sustainable urban environment.
⦁ Lead initiatives to explore new business opportunities and grow Urbanmetry's clientele.
⦁ Conduct cold calls and sales pitches to potential clients to help solve their business challenges.
⦁ Build and maintain cordial business relationships with clients, understanding their needs to help customize ideal business solutions for them.
⦁ Involve in the entire sales process, from client acquisition to closing new business and client onboarding.
⦁ Manage external client expectations with internal project deliverables to achieve timely and quality results.
⦁ Customer happiness manager and helpdesk for Urbanmetry's front end platform.
⦁ Research emerging trends and development.

⦁ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent working experience in sales (min 2 years).
⦁ Confident and comfortable in doing sales pitches.
⦁ Creative, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
⦁ Excellent in communicating with proficient spoken and written English. Multi-lingual will be an added plus.
⦁ Proficient in using Google and Microsoft Office suite products.
⦁ Focused and goal-oriented, sharp attention to details.
