About the Role
• Conduct user research and generate sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop and iterate prototypes based on user feedback and usability testing
• Craft visually appealing product elements, including layout, color schemes, and interactive elements, ensuring an intuitive user interface
• Collaborate with our development team, providing design specifications and assets
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs, maintaining a design component library to guarantee consistency across the entire product, documenting design patterns, components, and guidelines for our development team.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of user-centered design on web and mobile apps.
• Mobile app development experience (zero-to-one).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Expertise in interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Usability testing experience with the ability to incorporate feedback.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
