About the Role

⦁ Receive requests from business unit and translate them into tasks to the technical unit
⦁ Ensure that the deliverables are completed according to timeline
⦁ Sprint planning
⦁ Document the process and specs required
⦁ Ensuring that the requests are feasible and can meet the customer needs
⦁ Collaborate with external vendors or partners to procure required resources
⦁ Identify bottlenecks in existing workflow and plan focus sessions to resolve these bottlenecks with automation

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Only Malaysian citizens will be considered for this position. Thank you.

Requirements

⦁ Minimum 2 years of product management experience in IT or related industry
⦁ Superior timeline management and follow up skills
⦁ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
⦁ Should have technical development understanding
⦁ Understanding of product development cycles
⦁ Excellent communication skills to deal with the business and technical units
⦁ Able to manage expectations of client and development team
