At UrbanMetry, we’re building products that help cities work better for the people who live in them. We’re disrupting how Malaysians buy and invest in property — making it more transparent, equitable, and impactful.
We’re looking for a scrappy and strategic storyteller who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Someone who sees marketing as part science, part theatre — and wants to move people through clarity, empathy, and craft.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
(1) Work cross-functionally
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and ops.
- Learn fast, unlearn faster. This team believes everyone has a superpower — and is willing to be a beginner again and again in service of the mission.
(2) Craft compelling narratives
- Turn product goals and user pain points into campaigns, content, and stories people feel.
- Use empathy and insight to connect with different audience segments, and give them a reason to care and share.
(3) Execute and ship
- Whether it’s a tweet, a video, an event, or a referral strategy — you take ideas from 0 to 1.
- You iterate fast, learn from feedback, and move with urgency. No ivory towers here.
