About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will need to:
⦁ Actively hunt for new business opportunities and grow Urbanmetry's client base
⦁ Pitch and recommend services to potential clients to help solve their business challenges
⦁ Build business relationships with clients, identifying their needs effectively to contribute to the company’s top line
⦁ Manage the full sales process from client acquisition to closing new business and client onboarding
⦁ Lead and manage the tender process, including but not limited to the documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
⦁ Manage client expectations and project deliverables for data analytics projects
⦁ Collaborate with Urbanmetry's project team on deliverables to meet project milestones
⦁ Customer happiness manager and helpdesk for Urbanmetry's front end platform
⦁ Conduct customer training and design tutorials for Urbanmetry's front end platform
⦁ Research emerging trends and development

We are looking for you if you have:
⦁ At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience
⦁ A proven track record in B2B sales
⦁ Experience in tender submissions
⦁ A friendly and sociable result-oriented mindset
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills and can pinpoint problems and implement solutions
⦁ Excellent communication skills with proficient spoken and written English (other languages are a plus point!)
⦁ Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
⦁ An analytical thought process with attention to detail
